Had to Ask For Her Finger

@ Sophia's. She has early practice today, so I had to ask her for her finger before she left (so I could use the laptop, can you believe we don't have math homework for once?). I haven't posted posted in a long while...English class has gotten me to cut half of my words for "fluency" and whatnot. Maybe I like to have some extra words. Hmp. Well, at least I won't be getting a grade on my posts. First day back @ school for the week and I'm bombarded w/ papers (some of which don't look pleasant). :C I have a 91% in math AND English (mostly because I've been turning in homework late for half credit). :C 87% on my first math test. Apparently I "finished" a question but I just stopped in the middle and when I came back to it I forgot that I stopped in the middle so I boxed the answer as if it were complete. Major disappointment. In English I got back logs for Acts 3 + 4. First one I got 18/20, then 11/15. :C Bleuch. The reason why my grade's so low is because CPB is the only writing section...43/50. :C That pulled it down really bad. Well, when she updates it with the persuasive letter (17/20) perhaps it will go up. WHY DID I HAVE TO FORGET TO TURN IN MY CPB? I worked so hard on it last Monday BUT I DIDN'T PUT IT IN MY BACKPACK. No, I just had to leave it @ home. Stinky. Made up the biology test (looked @ Sophia's graded test and I think I got a 4?), made up English Act4+5 vocabulary quiz (most likely 100%, hopefull worth a lot of points), and I ate lunch... Showed up in Spanish today with a lot of quizzes that I need to make up. Nobody wants to explain the subjunctive to me. :C I understand how to use it but now why or when. Panic panic panic. Drinking lukewarm water right now. My fever came and went during the day, but I'm better...P.E. was horrible since I was just shivering W/OUT A JACKET. :C I had an excuse note but I forgot about the cold and put myself @ greater risk and blah blah blah.... Thin mints. Yum. Unleash the words within! Excess words, I mean. Let me try that again. Unleash the excessive words within!

A Day in Events #4

Ah... It's a beautiful day today. Too bad you missed it. Pity Ralph and I spent most of it indoors.

In the morning, I woke up kind of late, but eventually did when my parents turned the volume of their music too loud. {Yes, they have a bad taste in music, and we also have a very loud sound system. Darn that techonology.} It was a bit whoozy...and then I remembered I had a class today! {insert surprised face here} I had to do a lot of stuff, including reviewing those 110 vocabulary words that I was going to get tested on. It was getting kind of quiet, so I turned on the music. Popped in a Tchaikovsky CD {how the heck does anyone spell his name?}, Nutcracker Suite and ect. But then I realized my REMOTE RAN OUT OF BATTERIES. I threw a fit, except nobody was really listening, so it was pointless and just made my throat sore. {I guess bad music makes people fussy..?} Well anyways, I have to remember to replace the battery. {Anyone recycle any batteries lately?} I had lunch {noodles!}, but then the egg was all squishy and uncooked... My dad gave excuses like, "Well maybe they were frozen really bad..." or "I think it was because of the cold soup that I pour on it after..." Has anybody seen the egg prices these days? Such an increase..! Then it was finally time for my tutoring class, I think I did pretty well with the vocabulary test {only missed 2}. However, I forgot one of my homework assignments {read chapter 3!} Ah.... what a pity. Now I have to finish 1 essay, 1 revision, and 2 more chapters of vocabulary {and read chapter 3!}. Remind me before I forget! :) The cable guy came today {isn't it funny how they're called "cable guys"? who wants to be called that?} and he finally fixed our phone. It's even more absurd that its our HOME PHONE. How in the world does a home phone not work? My dad got kind of frustrated because he didn't take off his shoes. He should have taken off his shoes. Tsk, tsk... Then out comes the vacuum cleaner! Him and his vacuum cleaner. After tutoring and after cable guy left, we played some badminton! Have I ever said anything about how awesome badminton is? IT'S MY FAVORITE SPORT. Except today when we played, I got all dizzy. The wind was really big too, so I was probably out there for 45 seconds. {wow, that is a LOT of exercise!} Usually when there are no stupid gusts of wind, it's really fun and enjoyable. SOMEBODY KILL THE WIND SO I CAN PLAY BADMINTON! Br... The wind was really cold too. coldcoldcold. But if summer winds are warm, then why do fans in the summer cool you down? Hm. I should look that up. The highlight of the day {not really}: I PRACTICED FLUTE! WAAAHOO! And for 45 minutes straight too. Aren't you proud of me? :) I have got to say, my embrochure was getting weak. I have class tomorrow, need to practice those darn pieces! Scales are still harder though.. Have you tried the 2 octave ones? Run out of breath so quickly. {sigh..*} Then, after I finished, I cleaned the thing, interior and exterior, with my special cleaning cloths! :D

Some more animal crossing... I've got no more fruit to pick!

I was called to dinner, and it seems my nose has failed me.

Me: Do we have shrimp tonight?

Mom: No. Lotus roots.

Me: Oh.

We got a call from a book store too. {Our phone's fixed! :)}

Dad made some weird kind of soup with taro in it, and he was talking about how good it was.

Dad: Really! This is good! It's taro! It's like ice cream!

Me: Please don't make me barf.

Yop, that was our fairly entertaining dinner.

Then I did some coloring, {applying wax on paper is SO FUN!} some charcoal stuff, and some fossil digging {animal crossing, again}. It's still very cold. O_o

Boots

Boots. To tell you the truth, I've never owned a pair of boots before. But I really wish I did. Ah, I could just imagine the possibilities...

And by boots, I mean the plastic, rain boots, not one of those fuzzy ones that they dirty really fast. The squeaky ones. That actually don't let water in. And keep you dry. And warm.

So after some dreaming about the boots, let me get to my point.

I am not crazy for even thinking of coming back to this deserted blog.

I am not lunatic either for thinking that I'm supposed to post everyday.

You should totally not care that I'm apologizing to my non-existent readers.

I feel retarded right now.

{MMMMMMNNNN...this chocolate is good...}

So, I guess I'm changing my mind about the whole "MUST POST EVERDAY!" strict rule thing. I have to say, it did make me sound quite demented. Stupid phone rings so much... Keyboard is obnoxious... Too many projects... Endless complaints!... Therefore continuing... Weather too cold... Ice cream unavailable... Homework makes no sense... Teachers in bad moods... Socks are itchy... Computer slow... Not enough sleep... Too many demands from too many people... EMPTY AND DESERTED BLOG!... Lack of food to eat in the afternoons... Ralph probably hates me by now...

IM SO SORRY RALPH! YES, YES I KNOW! I WAS SUPPOSED TO DEDICATE THIS POST TO YOU! BUT INSTEAD I STARTED TALKING ABOUT SOME STUPID BOOTS! AHHHHHHHH!

I really am going to go insane now.

~My Temporary Will~

Sophie - You get my DS. And 1/2 of the games. Plus all my books. But because of that you also have to pretend that I'm sick at home and do all my homework. And go to my classes for me and contact me while I'm in LaLaLand. :)

Guada - AHAHAHAHAHAHA! Guada gets a truckload of butter when she opens my fridge. :)

Jennifish - You get the rest of my DS games, and then my charcoal pencils. In addition to those shoes, and that jacket. And then you do all my projects. :)

Camille - I'm broke! Uh... you get... my DVDs! And whatever other stuff is left... :)

My Parents - Oh, you wouldn't be reading this anyway.

Other People - Sorry guys, your names are either to private, or you're really not that important. Probably the latter. :D

Ah... now I know I can finally rest in peace after all that insanity.

Future Time Capsule #2

Yay I'm doing one of these again! And yes I like to mock perky people! Then again, it really is hard to express emotions through writing, isn't it. Blech.

One thing I have to say:

COLD!

Yea. That. Oh, wouldn't I like to have a waffle now.

So, anyways, how're you doing? I'm doing fine, thank you very much. Don't have to be so nosy SHEESH!

Ralph, why in the WORLD are you snickering? Stop it! {slap*slap*} Uh, I mean, um...

You know how bread are... they're not that reactive. The dough softens them up. :]

Sincerely,

- Your Past Self

Excuses, Excuses

Ah, it's been a while since i've been here, had to do a lot of catch-up work. [Yes, i treat this very seriously, like a job. Well of course, i'm my own boss, i get to write about anything, and nobody reads this anyway, maybe except Ralph, so i dont get pay.] :) It's winter, i'm cold, and i have about a thousand different excuses for why i haven't been writing recently. [Yes boss, forgive me!]
1. It's cold, my fingers lose energy and i lose my train of thought. They become all frozen, and i can't type properly. My brain just kinda goes into lag mode. Also, i keep having to add on more and more pieces of clothing, making it hard to complete my work since i can barely move. I feel like a puff ball.
2. I have a BUNCH of stuff to do. [That includes homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, homework, project, project, project, project, project, practicing that darn music, dissolving chocolate, and collecting fruit in AC.] It's just a never-ending list, and posting on my blog isn't exactly going to fit on there quite well.
3. There is like almost nothing to write about, since my "Writer's Notebook" operation is totally failing. Really horrible, one might say. I barely remember to write in it every few days, and not very many interesting topics occur to me while the pen is immobile in my grip. Not very inspirations from other places either. Winter just seems kind of dead. However, i must say that i am still writing in my journal. [You know, i really cant tell the difference between writing in the two. Except, one is a really bad spiral notebook, and the other is this huge binded book with smooth paper and pretty lines^^.] Anyways, im trying my hardest to keep detailed notes of my day so that when the government finds my diary they can publish it and i'll become famous when i'm dead! [Throws hands in the air*.] Yea, no.
4. Too many distractions on my computer. One minute i would be working on my blog, then the other minute i would be talking on some instant messaging program. Then playing some games. Then working on my website project. Then i'd be playing some more games. Before you know it, my time's all gone. So i end up not turning on the computer too often, i have lots of other stuff to do.
5. What can i say? It's gets tiring sometimes, i run out of energy to do anything, anything at all. [That excludes eating ice cream.] Lazy, i guess? It's a trait in everybody. EVERYBODY EXCEPT THOSE DARN PEOPLE WHO GET UP SO EARLY IN THE MORNING ON A DAILY BASIS! [Shakes fists at young people running around.*]
There, was that good enough for you? Ah, probably not. I have very high expectations from my boss. [wink*] Ok, that was really relieving for my writer's block. My fingers ARE getting cold...

My Pitiful {Poetic?} Nonsense

The moon shines above us all
In the distant
Bright
Brilliant
The wind howls in our ears
Bites at what is not covered by cotton
Draws out a path for all things surrendered
The snow covers all that is green
Lands on our shoulders
Turns us white with frost
I'm here
Conquering the cold
With no one to keep me warm
I see your shadow
Blurry beyond the horizon
Gone, forever more

Whoosh...

Lots of cold days, it's getting close to winter. Probably going to expect some rain, with powerful winds that have no mercy. The wet season isnt so bad. Puddles on the floor, moist in the air, a calming feeling, yet exciting at the same time. [Jennifish & Ralph particicularly likes the rain.] Its also cool to watch when it snows, everything looks so beautiful and clean, you want to eat it all. But, once you go close up, you see the little patches of dirt packed in with the snow, and realize that it isnt so clean after all. I dont know what that is supposed to mean, maybe something about not eating snow that looks clean. It can be bad for your stomach...
Anyways, I need to go get new gear soon, for the winter. Like jackets and sweaters, and mittens and ear muffs and scarves. Or maybe i'm just over reacting. T-shirts and shorts work too. [Not.]
I have this strange attraction to the cold, when it's dark in the night, or really early and the sky is still gray. During dusk and dawn in the winter, the setting is just perfect in its own way. Seeing the bright windows in the buildings, imagining the cold air, knowing that I'd rather be outside here than in there. I dont know how to describe it, but I just love it when the wind gives me a chill, no matter if it's a breeze or a big gust. The sky gives me the mood of... something. But it's just really cool when i run out in the open, my feet hitting the concrete, the dark clouds above me... It's not a feeling of depression, but rather something new happening, and all my senses are awake to the cold air. There is also really beautiful scenery during those times, and its as if the weather can be captured in those pictures as well. The breeze ruffles through my hair, and everything else is gone...

A Day in Events #1

It's almost winter, and I'm cold. But that's not very strange. I guess I just like circular reasoning. So, now that I've sorta run out of any interesting things to say, I shall describe to you my day, with slight modifications. Of course, I'm sure you wont mind if it's all fiction. It'll probably be more fun to read anyway. :] -Ate breakfast: expired bread + yucky tasting milk [that was probably expired too] -Did some homework. WAIT. DID I? WHERE'D IT GO?! ... -Tore through my closet, looking for a hat. I found one, but it turned out to be defective in the use of warming my ears. -Went to exchange shoes at the shoe store for MT performance on Tuesday. My old high heels were killing me. They should be called "high hells" instead. [and no, that was not cussing, because apparently in the bible "hell" is an actual place.] :) -Was called to lunch, sat down at table, and tasted noodles. Turns out, it was slightly uncooked, along with the egg. So I broke the egg by accident, since the yolk was still watery. And guess what? I ended up having to drink eggnog with tomato flavoring. And a lot of salt i added in, because it tasted so bad. But it just made it a lot worse. Summary: bad lunch. -Parents said something about stove, clogged. Used sewing needle, then poked at holes in stove top. Stove was suddenly unclogged, and the clogged stove was the reason why my lunch was uncooked and ended up as salty eggnog plus tomato flavoring. [blink*] I wish that sewing needle was there sooner...>< -Did some more homework, until my brain nearly burst because my efficiency rate was so slow.... -Went to MT practice. Got there a couple minutes late, as usual. It was cold. It was freezing. It was chilly. [Sorry, but thesaurus.com doesnt really have anymore synonyms.] Any chance of a warm air molecule being in the air was obliterated. -Snatched away from MT practice, later than expected. Coach yelled for wasting their time, by not calling for rides earlier. Cannot even describe the feeling when I stepped into the car. [sigh.*] -Captured as prisoner at parents' friend's house for most of the night. Unavailable computer. [arrg.*] -Dinner = lots of seafood. But mostly crabs and coke. [dont ask.] -Bored to death, after finishing half of a really long novel, doing all the errands on Animal Crossing, and nagging my parents about going home. It was amazing how I managed to drag them back to the car. Again, relief when stepping into car. -Right now, I think my toes are dead. -SUDDENLY, OUT OF NOWHERE, A HUGE PIECE OF BREAD WENT INTO MY ROOM FROM MY WINDOW, AND SAT DOWN. It said [in a really loud voice], " H-E-L-L-O T-H-E-R-E ! W-O-U-L-D Y-O-U L-I-K-E T-O T-E-L-L M-E A S-T-O-R-Y?" -So, here I am, typing at the keyboard, with a huge piece of bread next to me, reading about my day. -It's a guy, and his name is Ralph. -Say hi Ralph! -Ralph: " H-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I ! " -And Ralph says that he's multi-grain, and very healthy. :) -Ralph is nice. And yummy too. :] Its nice to have non-expired bread once in a while... So, there you go. That was my outrageously normal [and long] day. Of course, it could've been funner... but I'm not that creative. Sincerly sorry for wasting your time with my blabbiness. [And inablity to spell.] Oh, and Ralph wants to say something. -Ralph: " B-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-E-E-E-E-E !" Oh geez, now i've got a bunch of nuts from a certain someone stuck in my keyboard... >.< *note: Again, i have no intentions of tampering/endorsing the thesaurus.com copyright thingy, i just mentioned it because i really did go on there, since i was curious as to how many relative words there was to "cold". FYI, not many. *note: My windows do not open. They're like screens, and glass. And it is utterly impossible for any object to travel through it, unless its an air molecule. :] Have a nice day! I hope you had one that was better than me!
